A Surf experience that’ll breathe life into the untamed part of yourself…

Five days in La Saladita, Mexico: Learn and deepen your connection with the art of wave riding while connecting with a tribe of embodied women.

Surfing teaches you to navigate the sea, the waves and the ever changing tides. Naturally, this awakens your ability to flow through life with the same presence, grit and grace…

Leisurely morning surfs, warm waves, unhurried time, wide open horizons, and effortless connection. The feminine energy found here is bold but measured, wild but refined. Here, you remember how to drop out of the hustle and get back into your unique rhythm. Every moment feels expanded, connected and absolutely unforgettable. Marked by the sea and other incredible women, what remains is an unapologetic sense of self and confidence that moves you differently through the world.

This week won’t wait and neither should you.
Space is limited.

Your Guide: Sanoe Lake

Sanoe is one of the iconic Roxy girls who helped elevate women’s surf culture out of the boys-only-club era. Cast in the cult classic Blue Crush, she was the only lead who actually surfed.

Her path has been anything but linear: poverty, fame, clinical anxiety and depression, addiction, reinvention, motherhood, abuse, and divorce awakened in her a fierce devotion to the mastery of self alchemy and transcendence.

Sanoe brings an energy that is playful, honest, and uncompromisingly real. On a Crush the Blues retreat withSanoe, you’ll experience a community where authenticity is the norm and every woman is invited to inhabit her most unfiltered, powerful self with grace and unapologetic feminine embodiment.

The Crew

Sanoe brings the surf, soul, and steady confidence that makes you feel braver in the water.

Monique is a certified surf, foil and snowboard coach/ instructor. Double Black belt in karate and trains jujitsu. She is a Proud mother of four and is a dynamic, life-affirming leader with a passion for teaching and empowering women.
