For Returns & Exchanges: (shipping costs are non-refundable)
Upon the inspection of the returned item, we are happy to process a refund to your original payment method. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
Returned items must remain unworn, unused, and unaltered. In the case of a gift, customers can opt for an item of equal value or choose to pay the price difference.

If you encounter any dissatisfaction with a purchased product, promptly contact our customer service at support@portalexp.com for resolution.
When returning items, please keep the following in mind:
- Inspect all merchandise for potential damage, defects, or missing items upon arrival.
- Ensure that all returns are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
- Items must reach portalexp.com within 30 days of purchase; returns or exchanges beyond this period are not accepted.
- Notify us of any changes to the current shipping address to expedite the delivery of the new item.
- Include the order number in any correspondence regarding returned merchandise.
- Choose your preferred carrier for the return shipment, with tracking recommended. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we will commence processing the return upon receipt at our warehouse.
While we strive for accuracy in presenting our products on the website, occasional mistakes may occur. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate the human aspect of our operations. Please note that all imagery, product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Reimbursements will be credited to the original payment method without exceptions.

If you are returning a gift item and are not the original buyer, kindly inform us in advance. We can facilitate exchanges for items of equal or lesser value based on availability. Additionally, please provide any changes to the current shipping address to ensure the speedy delivery of the new item.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All items purchased from portalexp.com are shipped from the USA. International buyers bear the responsibility for international shipping charges, as well as local taxes, VAT, duties, and/or tariffs. By completing the international order process, buyers agree to cover any associated charges, if applicable.
Navigating international shipments may pose challenges depending on the destination country. Portalexp.com primarily employs the United States Post Office for shipping and can provide tracking information while the merchandise is within the country of origin. Once an international order departs from the USA, inquiries should be directed to local customs and parcel delivery services.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
Due to the substantial cost of international shipping, portalexp.com cannot cover expenses related to international exchanges. International buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanged items. Duties and taxes need not be paid again during the exchange.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent immediately to the address associated with your order.
